The BF5000S is a Chainless Stationary Bale Feeder with Manual Loading for Large Round Bales. The chainless design reduces maintenance time and cost. The top and bottom rollers turn at different speeds to fluff the hay as it discharges. The hydraulically controlled bale platform keeps the bale tight against the rollers without the use of chains.

The hydraulic bale platform on the 5000 Chainless Bale Feeders presses the bale into two rows of specifically designed rotors which unravel the bale as it spins, keeping the bales from tumbling or turning. The top rotor turn 3 times faster, fluffing the hay as it unravels.
