The Pro Shear is one of ProDig flagship products and has been tried and tested in the toughest environments around the world over the last decade. It is manufactured with heat treated blades & 35mm Hardox tines to reduce waste and down time due to breakages.
- Shear grabs are available in widths from 1.3m to 2.2m.
- Built using high tensile steel in fork and grapple construction.
- Manufactured with 35mm wide, 885mm long Hardox tines.
- Hardox tines are manufactured with replaceable wear tips meaning the tine never has to be replaced.
- Heat treated, hardened cutting blades as standard for superior cut and long life.
- 45mm pivot pins fitted with wrapped PTFE lined bearing bushings.
- 40mm ram pins fitted with glacier acetal lined bushings
- All pivot points fitted with replaceable, greaseable bushings.
- Nickel chrome plated hydraulic cylinders for long life in an aggressive environment.
- Bolt on hitch brackets to suit all machines.
- Optional pressure relief valve for machines in excess of 200 Bar hydraulic pressure.
