The Bag Filler Bucket has been specifically designed for filling loose free flowing material into bulk bags / trailers / hoppers, etc. Suitable for use on skid steers (BF 600 in conjunction with skid steers), tractor loaders, telescopic handlers or wheeled loaders.

Funnel Types
All sizes of funnels come with two options depending on intended use and on the material density & wear requirements.  All sizes of funnels also have the option to be fitted with a second bolt on the main edge. The funnel type and bolt on edge options need to be stated at time of order. The bag filler is designed to be a modular system to allow for different door systems or weight load systems to be added to any funnel.

Standard Funnel: Suitable for use on a material with a maximum material density up to 1000 (kg/m3). Suitable for use on meals, grains, wood chip, sawdust, corn, oats, barley, etc.

Hardox Funnel: Suitable for use on a material with a maximum material density up to 2400 (kg/m3). Suitable for use on sand, aggregate, gravel, stone, clay, etc.

Door Systems
The Bag Filler funnel can be fitted with different door systems to suit different applications.
All door systems are modular and can be bolt on and can be fitted to any funnel size.
Available door systems:

• Swing doors (general purpose).
• Sliding doors (to be used in conjunction with round neck bag adaptor or flexible canvas spout).
• Clam Shell doors (heavy stone use).
• Manual small bag door (to be used in conjunction with small sand bags).

The swing, sliding and clam shell door systems can be fitted with weight load system. These can also be fitted with sleeve bag hangers. See individual door systems for additional options.

All funnels/ door systems (apart from the manual small bag door system) can be fitted with a weight load system that allow the user to weigh the contents of the bulk bag. This consists of hanging brackets to suit each door type including sleeve bag weight load systems. These work in conjunction with a number of optional weight indicator display methods. All weight load systems only weigh the contents of the bulk bag which is placed on the hanging brackets. They do not weigh the contents of the bucket.
