Robert

Atelier Robert is a family business based in Belgium. Established in 1973 by Gilbert Robert and his son Marcel. Initially trading as Robert M & Fils, in 1999 they became a public limited company under the new name of Atelier Robert. This coincided with the third generation of the family joining the business.

It was at this point in time an investment was made in new infrastructure. This resulted in a production area of 2000m2. In 2006 this was again increased in response to demand from export to 6000m2. A major expansion of the production facilities again took place in 2013. This was due to the evolution in the size of the machinery. This expansion took the total production area to 15000m2.

Today 42 people work for the company. This skilled labour force produces around 1000 machines every year.
